Q: HOW LONG DOES A RALLY TAKE?

Plan enough time - a whole morning or afternoon. In the summer months, evening rallies are also possible. The duration including game explanation and conclusion is about 2.5 hours.

Q: WHEN DO I GET THE CERTIFICATE?

After the game, the records must be evaluated and the points determined. Only then the personal certificates can be created and sent. There is also the possibility of an immediate evaluation for an additional charge. Depending on the number of participants, we need between 30 minutes and 2 hours for this. We will be happy to hold an award ceremony with the presentation of certificates afterwards.

Q: HOW WILL THE RALLY BE SCORED?

The rally is not on time, but on points! Everyone gets a personal certificate and a summary of the rally with photos and explanations.

Q: DOES EVERYONE GET THE SAME CERTIFICATE?

No! We have different degrees of awards. We have peppy certificates for the young audience and honorable certificates in gold, silver, bronze for the adults.

Q: WHAT HAPPENS WHEN A DEVICE BREAKS DOWN?

We try to settle the matter with the client's insurance company (school, company, institution). If this is not successful, the liability insurance of the person who caused the damage may be able to step in. In case this does not work out either, we will find a consensus.

Q: WHAT ABOUT BAD WEATHER?

Our riddle rallies take place basically in any weather and all year round. Participants must provide adequate clothing and equipment such as poncho, umbrella,... themselves.
