Cancellation conditions of the Vienna Puzzle Rallye<\/p>\n

a) Riddle rallies PRIVATE<\/p>\n

For puzzle rallies in the private sector (categories Education, Adults, Fun & Action) the following conditions apply until further notice:<\/p>\n

Booking via booking form, e-mail, telephone
\nCancellation due to pandemic is also possible at short notice and free of charge.<\/p>\n

Otherwise the following cancellation rules apply:<\/p>\n

Cancellation up to the 15th day before the puzzle rally is possible informally (e-mail, phone call) and free of charge.
\nIn case of cancellation from the 15th to the 4th day before the puzzle rally, the cancellation fee is 50% of the invoice amount or the total amount stated in the booking confirmation.
\nIn case of cancellation from the 3rd day until the start of the rally, the cancellation fee is 100% of the invoice amount or the total amount stated in the booking confirmation.<\/p>\n

All prices for the respective product can always be found in the latest price lists published on https:\/\/wiener-raetselrallye.at\/en\/.<\/a><\/p>\n

Booking via Ticketshop<\/p>\n

A refund of the invoice amount or parts thereof is not possible when booking via the ticket store. We will gladly issue a voucher for the invoice amount or the date of the rally can be postponed to a later date.<\/p>\n

b) Riddle rallies BUSINESS<\/p>\n

For all bookings of puzzle rallies in the business area, the following conditions apply until further notice:<\/p>\n

From booking until 5 weeks before the event: 25% of the agreed total price or invoice amount.
\nCancellation up to 2 weeks before the event: 50 % of the agreed total price or invoice amount.
\nCancellation up to 3 days before the event: 75 % of the agreed total price or invoice amount.
\nCancellation from the 3rd day until event \/ no event: 100 % of the agreed total price or invoice amount.<\/p>\n
